To report a lost or missing item, please fill out the form below to the best of your knowledge. The more information we have, the better and quicker we can serve you. Please remember that Blue&White, ABC and Rainbow Taxi is not responsible for any missing or damaged items, so please be sure to ALWAYS check for any personal belongings before exiting one of our vehicles.

If any item is found matching the description, we will contact you!

Cab numbers can be found on either exterior side of the vehicle, and on the rear. These are typically 3 to 4 digit numbers. Driver information can be found inside the vehicle, behind the driver’s seat.

We are also installing stickers on the REAR PASSENGER side window of every vehicle that can be viewed from the interior. These stickers will also have your cab number available to you. See the image below:
